Delete your account

In the app

Open Spora and go to Settings → Delete account. Confirm with your password or email address, and it is done straight away. It can't be undone, so export a backup first if you want to keep your records (Settings → Data).

Without the app

Email hello@getspora.app from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my Spora account". We delete it within 30 days and reply when it's done.

What is deleted

Your login and profile.
If you are the only person in your farm: the farm and all its records, including batches, strains, recipes, stock, harvests, plans, orders, customers and history.
If others share the farm with you: your login and profile. The farm's records stay with the others.
Your photo files.
Usage statistics in our database linked to your account. Copies held by our analytics provider are removed within 30 days if you ask.
The copy of your data on that phone.

Backups you exported yourself are yours, and we can't reach them.
